The Old Hall School

As a parent at The Old Hall School, you automatically become a friend. Friends are a valuable resource to the school, an active group involved in many activities:

  • planning fun social events for parents and pupils
  • raising the profile of the school and encouraging links with other organisations
  • fundraising on behalf of the school.

The events organised by the Friends Committee are intended to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for the benefit of parents, pupils and staff. This adds to the wonderful family feel of the School. These events raise funds for projects which would normally fall outside of the school's budget and as such, enhance the educational experience for all of our children.

Over the last academic year, with the support of The Old Hall School community, the Friends raised a magnificent sum and much of this has already been allocated. There are exciting plans to further develop the outside areas of the school over the coming years.

We welcome anyone who can help, whether that be as new committee members, or those who would like to help out for a few hours occasionally. For more information please e-mail
