The Old Hall School

The Old Hall School’s facilities are exceptional and provide an outstanding environment in which to learn. The School moved from its original site on the Holyhead Road in 2006 and in doing so became one of the best resourced preparatory schools in the country. This was largely due to the incredibly well-designed building, which incorporates:

  • Nursery (Daisy Chain at Old Hall)
  • Fourteen teaching classrooms to accommodate two classes in each year group (4 to 11 yrs)
  • Science laboratory
  • Educational Support suite of three rooms
  • Integrated dining hall (The Ward Room) and kitchen
  • Large multi-purpose hall (Cranage Hall)
  • Library (Adams Library)
  • Music and Drama Studio
  • ICT Suite
  • Design Technology workshop
  • Sports changing rooms
  • Spacious outdoor play areas

In addition, the Schools’ merger meant that the superb Wrekin College facilities are now shared by the two schools. Facilities include:

  • Chapel
  • 25m heated indoor swimming pool
  • Two large sports halls
  • Large floodlit Astroturf
  • Extensive grounds including sports pitches

The School’s facilities help to make the work of learning and teaching an absolute pleasure.
