Our aim
"To provide a food standard that can't be bettered". This means using fresh ingredients and introducing modern food styles using traditional methods. We talk food all the time. We do this because we consider our food quality is the reason for our success. We love great food and want to see standards every day of which we can be proud. We ensure that the focus of all menu development stays with a quality and variety that the customer group will find attractive and appetising.
Our people
The quality of our people - truly motivated staff - "that will do" is not in our vocabulary. People who have a genuine love and flair for food can excel within our organisation. We can only offer consistently excellent service with the best people.
We have some great people - passionate, enthusiastic and committed, people who are prepared to go the extra mile - for whom nothing is too much trouble. Our managers and chefs consistently exceed expectations to produce fantastic, fresh food made with an enthusiasm and passion. Combined with outstanding service it's a combination that's hard to beat!
Our employees must see this as an essential part of working with our organisation and to their success and rewards. This often means not taking the easy option. The team is made up of like-minded people. We work hard, constantly aiming to improve - and have fun along the way. Additionally, our streamlined systems will ensure the emphasis is on your food and service, with the customers as our main priority.
